Q. How much will it cost?
A. No Photo is ever the same. We give you a free, no obligation quote after looking at your photo.
Q. Will I get my old photo back?
A. Absolutely. Untouched.
Q. How do you restore it?
A. We don’t work on the photo you give us. We scan it once to make a digital reproduction.
Q. So my original photo will stay in it’s original condition?
A. Yes. Your original photo will stay as is. It won’t be changed in any way.
Q. How long will restoration take?
A. Usually about 1 week.
Q. Can You take a photo of my old photo & restore it?
A. Yes. We professionally photograph photo’s that are severely damaged.
Q. What day do you meet customer’s at the Collection Point?
A. Any day. We are flexible and always happy to arrange an apt time most suitable for you.
Q. My photo is about 8×10 inches. Will my free print be that size?
A. No. Your free print is 4×6 inches in size. Most of our customer’s photos are tiny – so a 4×6 print is often a much needed enlargement for free.
Q. I want 5 photos restored. Does that mean I get 5 free prints?
A. Yes. You receive 1 Free Print after Every Restore – along with your Photo/s in High Resolution Digital Format on USB for Future Re-prints + the Web Res File for PC use.
Q. If I get 5 photos restored at once… do I get 5 USB’s?
A. No. In that case the 5 restored images would transfer to one USB.
Q. If I send you my original photo, will I get it back? And will it stay safe?
A. Yes, in person or via Secure Postage. Your precious photo/s remain locked up in a secure cabinet at all times.
Q. Do I have to pay for a print on top of the restoration price?
A. No. You get a free print and a high res photo of restored work completed on USB + the file in Web Res for PC Use… which is all included in the restoration price. Any Additional prints are extra.
Q. Will my photo look 100% if it is restored from a scanned photo?
A. Pretty close. Professionally scanned images are an advantage, however, best possible results are achieved from the original photo.
Q. My photo is severely damaged. Will you be able to even restore it?
A. Most of the time, yes. You’d be amazed the extent of damage we have restored. Once we see the image we can give you some advice.

Q. Do you restore old posters?
A. Yes we do – onto our Professional Photographic Paper or on Fine Art Paper.
Q. Can you restore old photographs that are on cardboard?
A. Yes we can and do frequently. They were very popular about 50 years ago.
Q. Can you restore photos that have been cut up?
A. Most of the time, yes. Show us.
Q. Can you restore my photo? It is really cracked and has been cut down to wallet size?
A. Yes we can.
Q. Do you work on weekends?
A. Yes. Our business hours are 8am to 6pm – 7 days. We love what we do!
Q. Can I just have copies made of my photo without restoration?
A. Yes you can – and enlargements if required, depending on the quality of your photo/s

Place your photo/s between two sheets of firm cardboard in a secure envelope to prevent bending or further damage. Add: PLEASE DO NOT BEND to the Envelope with your full name and postal address. Please also provide your best day time contact number.
Upon receipt of your photographs we will phone you directly with an Obligation Free Quote. Once restoration work is complete you can either pick up your order from our Collection Point in East Maitland – or we can deliver to you, (A small fee will apply) or, if more suitable, we can post your order back to you. (Postage costs will apply)
